Wow... spring is in the air, finally! We had a great turnout at the Eagles Club on Thursday night. We officially welcomed Ken & Meagan, both of whom have been to a Team R.E.D. event or two in their day... also we saw some new faces for the first time, in Allison and JoDene... welcome to all!

- Monday 6pm: The Monday Maniacs are back at WildWood in Rochester! The trails should be clear of snow (and hopefully clear of ice!). WildWood is located on the backside of the Ramada, near the TJ Maxx Plaza.
- Tuesday 6:30pm: Tuesday's Trail crew is hitting the bike trail... the Great River Ridge Bike Trail starting in Viola at Town Hall and heading out and back! (it'll be mostly downhill on the way back!). 6 miles is the long plan, if you want to go shorter, turn around earlier!
- Wednesday 5:30pm: The indoor track at RCTC is still the place to be if you want to work speed! Bring a dry pair of shoes to change into once indoors.
- Thursday 6pm: Team R.E.D. is at the Bears Den in Byron. If the country roads are dry, we'll head out of town! If not, we'll stick to the bike trails.
