    Tuesday / Wednesday

Tuesday Track or Hills? There are some people planning to stay the course and hit the RCTC Indoor Tuesday. Others are heading for the hills (pending weather of course). Here's the breakdown.
    • Indoor track: People typically gather as they can arrive (typically between the 5-5:30pm timeframe). Bring a dry pair of shoes to put on once inside. We usually do any gear changing on the right hand corner of the track (as you enter).
    • Hills: Meet at the Soldiers Field Memorial at 5:30pm for a short warmup over to the hills of 10th St & 9th Ave NW.
Tuesday Night Runners Social:   This month's social has moved to Brothers Bar & Grill.   Stop on out and meet other runners any time after 6pm.   Keep in mind, No Running is Required!   -- if you do hit the track or hills, stop in afterward for your reward!

Wednesday Snow Shoe:   There is NO OFFICIAL Wednesday night snow shoe trek due to Ash Wednesday.  There likely will be some fresh stuff this week, so if you want to find a snow shoe buddy and head out, I don't blame ya!

    Sunday, March 6, 2011

    Snow Shoe Crew (wants more!)

Sounds like we could be in for more snow this week.. and that seems just fine with the snow shoe crew!  A great Sunday afternoon, had many talking "bring on the snow!"

We were lucky to welcome some new faces to the snow shoe crew today... Jerry, Rebecca and Laree! Hope to see you all come on back!

    • Sunday Snow Shoe:  12:15pm from the 3rd Bridge of Oxbow Park.   Then off into the woods!

    Fun at the Den!

It was another great night at R.E.D.   The route was a busy one, as traffic was heavy along 4th street and near the middle school due to a concert.    The Bears Den was also hoppin' with a dart league and Team R.E.D. sharing some space.

It should be noted, as evidenced in the high quality pictures below, it was still light out when we started! Spring is on the way!

One of our newest members, Paul, shared the following link. Please rest assured, the action described in this link is NOT a violation of the Team R.E.D. Code of Conduct.
