Tuesday evening there are two track workouts taking place! It's fantastic to see so many people hitting the track! One workout is in Byron the other in Rochester. See below...
One group (myself included) is gathering at the Byron track at 6pm for some speed. We'll be running 400 Meter repeats. What's a repeat? Run 400M hard... recover... repeat! Even if you're not interested in that exact workout, swing by the track and run a variation of it, or just come on down and run, walk, or whatever works for you!
Another group is meeting at Soldiers Field track in Rochester shortly after 5pm. I think they'll make the call on the type of workout as they gather. Again, you can join them, and follow the workout, or find what might work for you.
