Congrats to everyone at the TC 10, TC Marathon and Portland Marathon! Some great results across the board including multiple PR's!
Below are a couple of stolen pics via Facebook... Tom crushes the 10 Mile course... and the picture of the flag shows that there was tail wind, and a bit of extra security. Both the 10 Mile and Marathon proceeded without incident from protesters.

Thanks, Congrats & Good Wishes!
Thank you to the Chm's for hosting the Bike, Beer & BBQ this past weekend! What a fun event! I would strongly encourage people to get on their bikes for the next one!
Congratulations to Jim Li for completing the Berlin Marathon, and then promptly finding the beer, wine and Viena Schnitzel's!
Also, congrats to all the Team R.E.D. members who made the time cut for the Boston Marathon! To be accepted into the event, you needed to beat your qualifying time by 2 min 28 seconds... that's exactly what Kasey did! While Ann gave herself a 3 second cushion!
Several members qualified but were not accepted due to the time cut-off. None the less, those members are Boston Qualifiers! That is a giant accomplishment! Congrats to all of you for getting out there and getting after it!

Making a Difference - To say the least!
Four Team R.E.D. members found themselves in the right place, at the right time, and they were all ready and able to take the right action.
Ann, Matt, Megan & Lorelei were running in the Med City Fall Half Marathon this weekend, when they came upon a fallen runner. He had no pulse. They started chest compression's and saved his life!
We're proud to call you all friends!

- Nov 14th - Team R.E.D. is looking at Chartering a bus to Whitewater Wi, for the Nearly Naked 5k! It's an event where you remove clothing at 3 spots along the course! - those clothes are donated to people in need. - You'll receive a plush robe at the finish line!

- Estimated cost is $38 / entry fee and $30 or so for the bus. Team R.E.D. would provide the beer.
