UPDATE: Monday Maniacs goes indoors!

Due to a Polar Vortex beyond our control, tonights snow shoe event has been cancelled.  Monday Maniacs will instead meet at Dooleys, and plan to run skyway/subway and stairs!  
Sometimes, even Ramsey makes the right call!

Congratulations to Mason and Gwen for being recognized as Outstanding volunteers at the Rochester Track Club banquet. Well deserved for both of them!

On Sunday, Olympian Carrie Tollefson brought some of her friends to Off Season Striders.  Was fun to run with someone so talented (although, I run with all of you, and feel that same way most of the time!)
