Rochester Aea High School Running Program

Please see the note from Joey Keillor below... he, along with a set of volunteers are conducting a summer running program for high school athletes.   Along with their group runs, they have a great set of guest speakers.

********************************

If you want to attend any of the sessions listed below, that is great. It is $3 a person per student per session. ($5 for adults).
We also plan to run either before or after the guest speaker. You are welcome to join us for the run, but you must either be accompanied by an adult chaperone or a coach or sign a waiver before you can run with the group.  Questions?  e-mail Joey Keillor at: rochester.running@gmail.com
