More Updates!

I know you were all worried about the Spotted Cow being returned to it's rightful owner, I think you for that concern!  I mostly want our Avocado back! - the owner has been located and the exchange of cool coolers is scheduled...

Go For The Gold July 9th - This event offers a 5K, 3K and kids races! - It's a great fundraiser for the Brighter Tomorrow's group which is dedicated to supporting families impacted by Childhood Cancer. You can get your registration details at the following link.

The Nut House Challenge has 3 events... Friday (tonight) - Saturday  - Sunday! You can find something you'll enjoy in this mix, or do it all! Details are at

Saturday 7am:  The Marathon and Half Marathon training runs are rockin'... 7 miles for half marathoners, and 13.5 for Full marathoners.  Gather at the Rochester Athletic Club and bring one dollar to help support the aid provided along the way. 
Sunday 8am:  The Off Season Striders are heading to Panera South for a group of fun running!  Followed, of course, with some coffee and social time! 
Monday 6pm:  Monday Maniacs are heading to WildWood Bar and Grill.  It's been a bit since we visited this location, and there is great access to many trails from there! 
Monday 6pm:  TerraLoco continues the 5K charity Runs and it's always fun! Just $5 gets you in, and you help a local charity! 
Tuesday 6pm Volunteer Opportunity:   The All-Comers meets continue at John Marshall - All kids are welcome to compete in a variety of events! If you're available to volunteer for this wonderful event please contact Gwen
Tuesday 6:15pm:  The Tuesday Trail Crew is heading to Bill Barnacle Woodlands! - People love this location and it's added some single track running!  This is an out and back sort of route, so it makes it great for hikers too!   Come one, come all!  
Tuesday 9:30pm:  The night time runs continue from the Douglas Trailhead in Rochester.  Meet at the trailhead along Valley High drive and find out what this new craze is all about!  
Wednesday 6pm:  The Wednesday night speed work returns!   Meet at the track in Byron (located behind the Middle School at 601 4th St NW, Byron).   We'll get some wheels moving! 
Thursday night! - Beer Mile!  This is a great event and we're raising money for the Special Olympics - Rochester Flyers track team.  Even if you can't make it Thursday, please consider clicking the following link and registering for the zero point zero spectator pass! - Either way you're supporting a great organization!
