The rest of the week!

Wow!  Daylight savings time has turned the night to night!   Make sure you're safe on your evening runs! Reflective clothing always and headlamps if you have them (if you don't have one, consider it, not only for your footing, but for cars to see you).

• Tonight's Monday Maniacs are at Newts Downtown.. a fun new location!  Run starts at 6pm!
• Tuesday 6:15pm:  The Tuesday Trail Crew is doing a Gamehaven Race Course preview!  Speaking of headlamps, make sure you have one for this! Gamehaven is located at 5015 Simpson Rd SE Rochester.
• Wednesday 6pm:  The hill workout is not happening this week, but we can run from Brothers Bar & Grill in Rochester.. get on the trail system and log some miles!  Meet at the back door of the bar for the route talk.
• Thursday 6pm:  Team R.E.D. is at the Bears Den and looking to log 3, 4 or 6 miles (your choice! - actually, you can choose any distance you like!)

Race & Other Opportunities

Tuesday 6pm:  TerraLoco 5K series continues!  This 5K happens every Tuesday and always benefits a local charity.  

Thursday 5pm-8pm: Olmsted Medical Center is hosting a Women's Health Pavilion Open House to showcase their new facility.  A week or so you had a chance to see the new space at Mayo, now here's a great opportunity to see what OMC has lined up for women.  More details can be found at http://www.olmmed.org/about/news/2014/whp-open-house/

Saturday 9am:  Gamehavenen True Cross Country Run.  This is a great race.. 5 miles off road, a chance of mud, and a chance of zombies!  Costumes are the norm at this event... and I never got a strong feeling that anyone committed to one theme vs another.  I know some mentioned animal theme, and others mentioned superhero undies and team red shirts. Personally, I'm going with the Superhero Undies and Team R.E.D. Shirt... but really, anything is great, just get in the spirit of it and run (and watch out for the Zombies, I happen to know they're from Byron!)  - You can still register online at http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42657378568977
