Monday 6pm: The Maniacs are heading out again, from WildWood Bar & Grill in Rochester. Expect 5 or so miles.. and lots of smiles!
Tuesday 5:30pm: The trail runners are heading to Millville for a Moon River Ramble. This crew will take on the run, and then settle in to the Lucky 7!
Tuesday 5:30pm: Tom W is planning track work at Soldiers Field. He'll happily accept joiners/pacers for the workout!
Thursday 6pm: Team R.E.D. gathers at Bears Den in Byron. I'm sure the weather will be something like 70 and sunny, as that's what we're accustom too!
Big thanks to the "Go! Team R.E.D. Go!" sign lady! Saw you a few times during the race & even though I don't think we know each other, appreciate your cheering! Hope everyone enjoyed them in Ashland, I know I did!
