Tuesday 6:30am: Hill workout.. meet at Soldiers Field Memorial and run to the hills of 9th St and 10th Ave SW!
Tuesday 5:30pm: Hill workout.. meet at Soldiers Field Memorial and run to the hills of 9th St and 10th Ave SW!
Wednesday 5:30pm; Track workout... meet at the Byron track, located at the Middle school on 4th St. I'm sure this will be fun!
Thursday 5:30am: Progressive run... meet at 805 1st Ave NW in Byron. This run is as it's named.. startst at a 10/min mile pace... and each mile progresses the pace. 6.5 Miles is the total workout.
- Thursday 6:00pm: Team R.E.D. ... meet at Brothers Bar & Grill in Rochester. Park behind the bar as the route talk will take place near the back door. Routes will be in the range of the normal stuff... 3, 4, and 6 miles.
