- Wednesday Night SnowShoe: Meet at Oxbow Parks' 1st Bridge at 7pm. Headlamps are recommended, but soon we'll have more daylight into the evening!
- Thursday Morning Progressive: Staring at 5:30am from 805 1st Ave NW in Byron.. total workout is 6.5 miles. Headlamps are recommended for this one too!
- Thursday Night Team R.E.D.: 6pm at the Bears Den in Byron.
Races approaching in March!
- March 19th: Lucky Green 5K is directed by Team R.E.D.'s Wally Arnold. A very fun local race! With proceeds going to support the Med City Marathon. You can register at: http://www.events.runningroom.com/site/?raceId=6400
- March 20th: Human Race 8K. This is part of the USATF Minnesota Team Circuit. If you registered for a USATF membership and are available to race for Team R.E.D., please consider this fast 8K course! You can register at https://www.imathlete.com/events/StPatricksDayHumanRace/Register Choose the Team Registration to save $5. Team name is Team R.E.D.
- March 26th: Race For Research 5K/10K. This is the 5th Annual for this event which donates all proceeds to the Foundation for Physical Therapy. Their success as race directors and fundraisers is fantastic. Register at http://www.rochesterraceforresearch.com/
- March 26th: Robin Run/Walk 5K supporting Youth Sports. This is a new race connected to an existing event loaded with activity. Visit http://www.returnoftherobin.com/robin_run/robin_run.htm to learn more about the Robin Run and the Return of the Robin event.
