More Opportunity!

If you logged in to find 'what's up this week'... you'll find the answer in Sunday's post, below.

***********************

Volunteer opportunity for this Saturday, May 18th.   The Special Olympics Minnesota is hosting a track meet and can use volunteers in a number of roles.  You can pick your time slot, and lend a helping hand!  The volunteer opportunities start as early as 7am and run all day, through 5pm.   (of course you don't have to commit to the entire day, but you can if you like!)

If interested in helping out... please contact:

A new and unique race is approaching... check out the Rochester Beacon Academy's Tortoise vs Hare 5K to be held on June 15th.

Using a formula that factors in a runners age, gender, height, and weight, a graded start time is given to each runner. Individuals who have been blessed with a "runner's body" and are in their prime running years will receive little to no time advantage. All others will be given a head start.
