Below is how the rest of the week is looking so far.. Note, there are two workouts scheduled for Wednesday, and that's not a misprint, one is 5:30am!
Tuesday 6pm: Tuesday Trail is hitting the ups and downs of Quarry Hill! This run starts at the home of Dan & Linda, 1504 7th St NE Rochester. They've also invited us back post run for a few cold ones on the deck... Thanks for hosting!
Wednesday 5:30am: Progressive Run! This is a workout we used to do regularly, but had let it slip a bit. It's a controlled 7 mile run... with our target pace increasing each mile. Come on our and give it a shot. We'll start at my place, 805 1st Ave NW in Byron.
Wednesday 5:30pm: Speed work on the track in Byron.. this is always fun. Arrive about 5:30pm and get a comfortable warm up in, before we ramp up with a track workout. The track is located behind the Middle school along 4th street in Byron.
Thursday 6pm: Team R.E.D. meets at the home of Adam & Jill, located at 1286 Brookfield Ct NE in Byron.
- The theme is a Western one.. Save a Horse! Get in the spirit and let's have some fun!
- Our hosts, are providing Hot Dogs and Brats on the grill, along with chips, salsa, salad and baked beans (provided by Annette & Paul). Bring a desert or dish to pass if you wish.
- They are also providing Water, along with Sangria and a "healthy" Margarita! If you'd like something else to drink, please BYOB... oh, and bring a camp/lawn chair if you can.
- A Frisbee yard game will be set up, and possibly a fire will roar. Kids are welcome to join in the fun.
