It's shaping up to be another great week of fitness & fun! Check it all out below!
- Monday 6pm: The Monday Maniacs are heading out for a jaunt, starting and finishing at the Bears Den in Byron.
- Tuesday 5:45pm: Fun on the bluffs of Whitewater State Park! Meeting at the Century HS east parking lot at 5:45PM and carpooling to Whitewater for some bluff climbing fun
- Wednesday 5:30pm: Speed work on the track at Soldiers Field in Rochester.
- Thursday 6pm: Team R.E.D. is being home hosted by Wendy & Tom O'Leary at 805 1st Ave NW in Byron... this is the first of the home hosts for the summer... and there's a theme!
- We're having a Mexican Fiesta!
- Consider dressing in some fashion that represents such a Fiesta! (I said Fiesta, not Siesta.. so no sleeping bags!) -- rumor has it there may be some Karaoke taking place..
- O'Leary's will provide Taco's and Beer... if you'd like to bring a dish to share or something else to drink... feel free!
- If you're running at Grandmas Marathon this weekend... come on out for a 2 mile, shake the legs out run or walk... and join in the party before you head north! Other route options will be in the area of 4 and 6 miles.
- If you're interested in home hosting please contact Dan at dan@svmrochester.com with your availability. He'll let you know if your choice of weeks is available. Remember, we're trying to fill the 2nd & 4th Thursday's of each week home hosts, or other ideas.
- Friday Night / Saturday Morning... Best of luck to all of you participating at Grandmas Marathon Weekend! -- Should be a ton of fun... be sure to enjoy it all!

Here's another great opportunity for Team R.E.D. to travel to an event together... some members have been looking at the Sprit of the Lakes Run www.spiritofthelakes.com -- we've also been invited to Mike Masons for a post party... After the race we could go to his house for hanging out by the pool, boat rides, and he does have a nice bar in his basement.
