Here's a look at what's going on the next couple of days..
- Saturday 7:15am: This weeks long run is 11 miles if you're training for Med City Marathon, and 16 if you're preparing for Grandmas Marathon. Aid stations available along the route which you can find here http://gmap-pedometer.com/?r=6866830
- The Long Runs from the RAC are winding down, in fact, this is the last official marathon training run of the season. Don't worry, it doesn't take long before the next session starts, and you can always find some running partners among Team R.E.D. members.
- Sunday 8am: The Off Season Striders are heading to 5 West. This is a great spot for a post workout breakfast! Paces are all over the board...some run faster, some run slower, and some run mediumer.
- Monday 6pm: Monday Maniacs are heading to Cowbow Jacks. This is another great location for Mondays, and it has a great patio area! This group also welcomes all paces, as do all our group runs/walks!
