Next couple things...
- Tuesday Track workout: 5:30pm at the RCTC indoor track... if the ground is wet please wear one pair in, change to dry shoes, and get that workout done! -- want to arrive early? Do it! want to arrive late? Do it! -- Just get the speed work in!
- Thursday Team R.E.D.... 6pm... We have calls into a couple of Rochester locations (making sure they can be ready for us!)... Update should come Tuesday....
