Tuesday 6:15pm - Tuesday Trail Crew!   Join us at Eagle Bluff near Lanesboro tonight at 6:15pm!  It's always fun, and sometimes even more fun!
Tuesday 9pm - The Night Owls run the Douglas Trail from the trail head along Valley High near IBM.  It's always fun, and sometimes even more fun!
Wednesday 6pm - Speed work on the track at Soldiers Field.  It's fast, it's furious and it's all about getting better! - Did I mention it's always fun, and sometimes even more fun?  Well, it is!
Thursday 6pm - Home hosted by Heidi !  Home hosted nights are my favorite, and I'll get you all the details after tonight's cross country meet in Byron!
