Monday 6pm: The Monday Maniacs are hitting Beetles Bar & Grill in Rochester. Typically a downtown route with clear sidewalks. Wear something reflective as always, and headlamps are still suggested even downtown.
Tuesday 5:30pm: Join the track workout at the indoor track at RCTC for a good old fashion speed session. Never done speedwork before? Make this your first time!
Tuesday 6pm: TerraLoco continues their 5K fun runs for local charities. Stop in and support the effort!
Tuesday 6:15pm: The trail crew heads to Quarry Hill for some more snowshoeing! Nighttime snowshoeing is fun!
Thursday 6pm: Team R.E.D. heads back to Brothers Bar & Grill! We'll head out for routes of 3, 4 or 6 miles and back for the fun. As always, be sure to park in the back, and come inside the back door for the route talk.
