Here's what's up!

Saturday 7:30am: Off Season Striders rolls from Brothers Bar & Grill. You can take your typical group run, or you can join us for a Progressive run. Either way, a great way to start the weekend!  Be sure to park in back of the bar, and step inside the back door for the route talk.
Sunday 8am: Off Season Striders go again, this time from Panera South.  Walk or run.. then settle in for some coffee with friends!
Monday 6pm:  Monday Maniacs are heading to Douglas for some snowshoeing along the horse trail!  If you want to join us, but don't have snowshoes, come along anyway, as we have a few loaner sets!  Meet at the parking lot along the trail in Douglas... afterwards, a warm up at the Douglas Saloon is in order (it's been awhile since we warmed up there!)
Tuesday 5:30pm:  Speed work on the indoor track of RCTC.   This workout is picking up more people each week, the more the merrier!  Come give it a shot!
Tuesday 6pm:  TerraLoco offers a 5K for a local charity. Join the fun.. it's just a $5 donation to participate, and with that contribution, you are making a difference!
Tuesday 6:15pm:  More Snowshoeing!  This time at Indian Heights Park. This is a fun little park that gives you a great view of the Rochester skyline.  Meet in the parking lot at the end of Terracewood Dr  Follow this link to see a google map of the area.  https://maps.google.com/maps?q=44.041021%2C-92.472678&num=1&t=h&z=16
Thursday 6pm:  Team R.E.D. is in Rochester again as this is the 5th Thursday of the month.. Bonus!  We'll gather at WildWood Bar & Grill and head out for routes of 3, 4 or 6 miles before coming back to the comfy confines of WildWood.

Volunteers still needed for the Lace Up Against Breast Cancer water station on Feb 9th!  We have a handful of volunteers so far, but could use another 8 or so to really crank up the fun!   Remember volunteering is rewarding in the sense you're supporting a great event... but also rewarding in a sense you get free coffee and beer!  Also remember, we're a tropical theme.. complete with music, heaters and fun!

You can even bring your kids!  They always have fun serving water and gatorade... but they can't have any of the beer.

If you can help, please send an email to Ben at brako.benjamin@gmail.com and copy Tom at byron.teamred@gmail.com If you'd like to volunteer in different role, you can email Judy at judy.weller@marconet.com
