- Friday 7:30pm - Stop by the O'Leary's at 805 1st Ave NW in Byron for a Living History Farms Registration party! If you don't have facebook, or are not on the Team R.E.D. page to accept the facebook event invite, you can simply drop me an email at Byron.teamred@gmail.com to let us know you're coming! (if you forget to rsvp, just show up anyway!)
- Friday 10pm: No matter where you are, stop what you're doing and get registered for the Living History Farms Off Road Race! http://fitnesssports.com/November_races/LivHistFarms/lhf_index.html - We have a charter bus ready to get us to Urbandale and back safely! It's going to be a fun ride!
- Saturday 7am: The Marathon training long run is in taper mode for most. 14 miles is the scheduled jaunt starting and finishing at the RAC in Rochester. Join the fun!
