Here's what's up!

Remember.. there's a virtual opportunity to help a local family in a real way.  The campaign began today, and runs through next weekend.  Please consider taking part and/or making a contribution.  Our friends from Tri Rochester are heading up this effort.  Nice work!    https://froghopduathlon.wordpress.com/
