It's Monday and that means it's time for Monday Maniacs!
Monday 6pm - The Monday Maniacs are hitting up the Frieght Yard at 821 Civic Center Driver in Rochester. This is a great place to get a walk or run in from... and the service is wonderful for the post workout social! Join the Fun!
We have another home host this Thursday! Thanks to the Paradise family! Details of the home host, and the rest of the group runs will be posted tonight!
Team R.E.D. is a club dedicated to having fun while staying fit! We say: Run. Eat. Drink. Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad! We meet twice a month at the Bears Den in Byron for a walk or run, and twice a month at a rotating location. We offer various routes each time, with distances suitable for walkers and runners.
