Quick Details for the Week!

Sorry for such a delay with this weeks schedule.. but here is the remainder of the week!

Tuesday 4-7pm: Active PT is holding an Open House Happy Hour for their new location! They are still located inside the RAC - but now they're in Suite 200.  Come see Joan and her team as they show off the new space!
Tuesday 5:30pm:  The All-Comers Mile is on for tonight! - Join us on the track at John Marshall High School for a free event put on by the Rochester Track Club.  This is a one mile (1600M) timed race on the track.  - The one mile is followed by a series of all-comer events for kids - feel free to volunteer your help for that, it's a rewarding gig!
Tuesday 6:15pm:  The Tuesday Trail crew is running the trails on Deb's farm! Very nice of her to host! She's located at 4801 Cty. Road 24NE, Eyota, just off Viola Rd. - planning to have a little campfire afterwards, so bring your beverage of choice and something to cook if you like!
Wednesday 6pm:  Speed work on the track in Byron.  We can talk about the workout, but I'm leaning towards 800M repeats with 400M recovery.  The track is located behind the middle school at 601 4th St NW Byron.
Thursday 6pm:  Team R.E.D. is home hosted by Claire! Super nice of her to have us! Come prepared for swimming, volleyball, fun, and routes of 3,4, and 6 miles (or trails!). Claire is providing homemade pizzas, beer, and wine. If you'd like, bring a chair and a side dish or dessert to share. - Claire lives at the Gates of Rochester, 2015 41st St NW (near Fareway Foods & Best Buy). She describes parking as a pain, so follow these directions - Turn right at the leasing office, right at the T intersection in the back, right into the first parking lot, and park next to the sand volleyball courts.

The preliminary team results are posted for the USATF club competition at Grandmas Marathon. The full marathon was the race for the circuit.  NoteUSATF is going to recalculate the women's results, as St Amand was not in them, but she is a member - so we'll see where that leaves the ladies overall - it was an excellent showing by Team R.E.D!

For now - the preliminary results show from Team R.E.D. that both the Men & Women took 2nd place in the Open Blue Division! - That's our highest Open finish in a long time!   - Our Men also won the Over 40 Division!

Check out the clip below! Gwen found herself on the news thanks to her fantastic run at Grandmas Marathon!  http://www.kaaltv.com/article/12728/?vid=3709452&v=1
