Wow! What a night of Donuts!

Thanks everyone who was able to participate, or otherwise spread the word about the Do The Donut 4K.  It was a very successful and fun evening!

Here are a few shots from the weekend... Racing at Run For Rachel were Tom, Dave & Lorelei... all age group winners! -- This was a fantastic event, with a lot of meaning, as it was to intended to help bring people together, unity in the community.

Racing in Chatfield were several members, including Jennifer who took home hardware in two events! Jen was 1st place female in both the 10K and 2 Mile.  Pictured below are age group winners joining our world champion Jen.

 Now to the rest of the week.

Thursday 6pm: Team R.E.D. is getting it going from the Bears Den in Byron. We've got some nice routes planned for 3, 4 and 6 miles of fun! - oh, and some solid social time post run/walk.
Saturday 7am: The marathon training long run heads out from the RAC. The distance and route will be posted at the following blog (usually on Thursday or so) http://runningrochester.blogspot.com/
Sunday 5pm:  The Rochester Track Club hosts the annual picnic at Soldiers Field in Rochester.  Bring a dish to share.  The RTC will provide plates, utensils, napkins and soda and water.  Also door prizes!  check out the following link for more info.   http://rochestertrackclub.com/main.asp?SectionID=2&SubSectionID=27&ArticleID=176
